1st Daya International Olympiad of Art,
Cultural Heritage & Creativity
CULTURAL IDENTITY
An International Encounter Through Art, Heritage & Creativity

Lumen Art Gallery
is pleased to announce its international collaboration with the
Daya Cultural and Artistic Center
for the
1st Daya International Olympiad of Art,
Cultural Heritage & Creativity.
Under the theme CULTURAL IDENTITY, the Olympiad brings together artists, young talents, cultural practitioners and researchers from different countries and generations, creating a platform where artistic expression becomes a bridge between cultures.
Cultural identity is shaped by many things: the places we come from, the traditions we inherit, the stories we carry, the languages we speak, and the experiences that transform us along the way. It can be deeply rooted in history and heritage, yet at the same time remain personal, evolving and contemporary.
Through visual art, traditional artistic practices and cultural heritage research, the Daya International Olympiad invites participants to explore these connections and to express what cultural identity means to them today.
The project is conceived not only as an international competition, but as an opportunity for encounter, visibility and cultural dialogue. Different artistic languages, traditions and perspectives meet within one shared platform, revealing both the diversity of our cultural backgrounds and the experiences that connect us across borders.
As an Official International Partner, Lumen Art Gallery supports the Olympiad through international cooperation, jury participation, promotion and the presentation of selected artistic positions.
Selected artworks will be presented through a dedicated international online presentation by Lumen Art Gallery, giving participating artists and their cultural narratives additional visibility within Lumen’s international network.
Art carries memory.
Art preserves stories.
Art connects cultures.
With the 1st Daya International Olympiad of Art, Cultural Heritage & Creativity, we invite participants from around the world to share their perspectives, their heritage and their creative voices.
Tell your culture through art.
Share your identity with the world.
