Lumen Art Gallery offers the Solo Art Shows to help emerging and serious 2D and 3D artists
(including photography and sculpture, ceramics) achieve the goal of advancing their art career.
A. Solo Exhibition
YOUR ART. YOUR SOLO SHOW.
Present your art to an international audience with a professionally curated online Solo Show.
LUMEN ART Gallery invites artists from around the world to apply for a dedicated Online Solo Show and present a selected body of work on our international platform.
Selected artists will be featured for one month in our Current Exhibitions section with approximately 25 selected artworks, an artist portrait, a short biography, an exhibition introduction, Artist Statement, contact information, website and social media links.
Your Solo Show will also be promoted through LUMEN ART Gallery’s social media channels and YouTube channel.
After the exhibition period, your Solo Show will remain permanently accessible as a PDF presentation in our Past Exhibitions section, providing you with a lasting professional reference for your artistic portfolio and future applications.

B. Solo Show & Interview
YOUR ART. YOUR STORY. YOUR STAGE.
Go beyond presenting your work — introduce the artist behind it.
LUMEN ART Gallery invites artists from around the world to apply for our extended Solo Show & Artist Interview, combining a curated exhibition with an in-depth presentation of your artistic journey, ideas and creative vision.
Selected artists will be featured for one month in our Current Exhibitions section with approximately 25 selected artworks, an artist portrait, biography, exhibition introduction, Artist Statement, contact information, website and social media links.
In addition, a dedicated Artist Interview gives you the opportunity to speak about your artistic background, inspiration, creative process and the ideas behind your work — allowing our international audience to discover not only your art, but also your voice as an artist.
Your Solo Show and Interview will be promoted through LUMEN ART Gallery’s social media channels and YouTube channel.
After the exhibition period, the presentation will remain permanently accessible through our Past Exhibitions section and as a PDF reference, creating a lasting professional record of your work and artistic profile.

Terms & Conditions
for Solo Shows / Solo Show & Interview
LUMEN ART Gallery offers artists from around the world the opportunity to present their work in a professionally curated A. Solo Show or B Solo Show & Interview on our international online platform.
By submitting an application, the artist confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Application
Artists applying for a Solo Show are requested to submit:

Links to their portfolio, website and/or social media profiles

Artist Biography
-
Artist Statement
-
2-4 Artist Photos (Portraıt and şn exhibition or studio)
-
30 original artworks in low resolution for the initial curatorial review
Additional materials may be requested after acceptance.
2. Selection Process
All applications are reviewed by the LUMEN ART Gallery curatorial team.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. LUMEN ART Gallery reserves the right to accept or decline applications based on its curatorial criteria.
Selected artists will receive an acceptance email with further information and instructions.
After acceptance, high-resolution images and additional materials required for the preparation and promotion of the exhibition must be provided.
3. Participation Fees
Once an artist has been accepted, the following participation fee applies:
Solo Show: €25
Solo Show:& Interview €40
Payment instructions will be provided following acceptance.
The participation fee covers the preparation, curation, publication and promotion of the selected exhibition format.
4. A. Solo Show – €25
The Solo Show includes:

A curated presentation of approximately 20–25 artworks

Website and social media links

Promotion through LUMEN ART Gallery's communication and social media channels
The exhibition will initially be presented in the Current Exhibitions section of the LUMEN ART Gallery website.
After the exhibition period, it will remain available as part of LUMEN ART Gallery's exhibition archive and/or as a downloadable PDF presentation, providing the artist with a permanent professional reference.
5. B Solo Show & Interview– €40
The Solo Spotlight Show includes all elements of the Solo Show plus an extended presentation of the artist and their artistic practice, including:

A dedicated Artist Interview

An interview with approximately 10 questions
-
Additional artworks
-
Additional photographs documenting the artist, studio, exhibitions or artistic practice
-
Extended presentation and promotion of the artist's artistic background and creative journey
The Solo Spotlight Show will also remain part of LUMEN ART Gallery's digital exhibition archive after the initial exhibition period.
6. Copyright & Ownership
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the submitted artworks remain with the artist and are not transferred to LUMEN ART Gallery.
By submitting material, the artist confirms that:

they are the creator and/or lawful copyright holder of the submitted artworks and materials, or have obtained all permissions necessary for their publication;
-
the submitted material does not knowingly infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party;
-
they are authorised to grant LUMEN ART Gallery the publication and promotional rights described below.
The artist remains free to exhibit, publish, sell and otherwise use their artworks elsewhere.
7. Licence to LUMEN ART Gallery
By submitting an application and, upon acceptance, participating in the Solo Show, the artist grants LUMEN ART Gallery a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display and communicate the submitted artworks and related materials to the public solely for purposes connected with:

the artist's Solo Show or Solo Spotlight Show;

the LUMEN ART Gallery website and exhibition archive;
-
downloadable exhibition PDFs and digital exhibition documentation;
-
LUMEN ART Gallery's social media channels;
-
LUMEN ART Gallery's YouTube channel;
-
newsletters, announcements and other editorial or promotional communication relating to the artist, the exhibition or LUMEN ART Gallery's exhibition programme.
This licence does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artworks to LUMEN ART Gallery.
The licence permits LUMEN ART Gallery to retain previously published exhibition pages, PDFs, videos and promotional posts as part of its permanent digital and historical archive.
8. Image Editing & Presentation
LUMEN ART Gallery may resize, crop or format submitted images where technically necessary for website, PDF, video, newsletter or social media presentation.
Such technical adjustments will not constitute permission to materially alter, manipulate or create derivative artworks from the artist's original work.
Where reasonably possible, artworks will be credited with the artist's name.
9. Artist Photographs & Additional Material
By submitting portrait photographs, studio photographs, exhibition photographs, videos, texts or other documentation, the artist confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions for LUMEN ART Gallery to publish these materials.
The artist grants LUMEN ART Gallery permission to use such materials for the exhibition, its documentation and related promotional communication as described in these Terms & Conditions.
10. Content Requirements
Submitted artworks must not contain content that is pornographic, racist, discriminatory, glorifies violence, or promotes hatred.
LUMEN ART Gallery reserves the right to exclude individual works or decline an exhibition where submitted material conflicts with the gallery's editorial, ethical or curatorial standards.
11. Accuracy of Information
Artists are responsible for ensuring that names, artwork titles, dimensions, techniques, biographies, contact information, website addresses and other information submitted to LUMEN ART Gallery are accurate.
LUMEN ART Gallery may edit biographies, Artist Statements and other submitted texts for length, grammar, clarity and presentation while preserving their intended meaning.
12. Publication & Promotion
The exact publication date and promotional schedule are determined by LUMEN ART Gallery in consultation with the artist where appropriate.
LUMEN ART Gallery may select individual submitted artworks, installation photographs or artist portraits for the promotion of the exhibition.
Publication and promotion may take place across different digital formats and platforms and therefore individual layouts or image dimensions may vary.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an application, the artist confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
By providing materials following acceptance, the artist additionally confirms that LUMEN ART Gallery is authorised to publish and promote those materials in accordance with the rights and purposes described above.
