CONTEMPORARY MASTERSTROKES UNVEILED – Voices & Visions
Published by Lumen Art Gallery
1. General Information
The Art Book 2026 is an exclusive international publication presenting outstanding contemporary artists from around the world.
Participation is open to artists in all media. Inclusion in the book is based on curatorial selection. There is no competition or ranking system; all accepted artists are featured equally according to curatorial and editorial criteria.
2. Application Process
Artists may submit up to 10 artworks for consideration.
Each submission must include:

5–10 selected artworks (JPG, 300 DPI)

Contact information: name, artist name, country, email, website, and social media links
All materials should be sent to gallery.lumen.art@gmail.com using the official submission form or email format.
The curatorial team will review each entry based on artistic quality, originality, and alignment with the vision of Contemporary Masterstrokes Unveiled: Voices & Visions.
If an artist is selected for inclusion, they will be notified via email.
3. Participation Fee
Once accepted, each artist is required to pay a one-time participation fee of €45, which covers:

Professional editorial layout and inclusion in the printed and digital publication

Artist profile and curated text

Editorial assistance and formatting

Distribution and promotion through Lumen Art Gallery’s global network
4. Submission Guidelines

All artworks must be original and created by the submitting artist.

High-resolution digital files (minimum 300 DPI) are required.

The submission deadline is 31 August 2026.

Incomplete submissions or low-quality images may be excluded from consideration.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
Artists retain full copyright and ownership of their works.
By submitting, artists grant Lumen Art Gallery non-exclusive rights to:

Reproduce and publish selected works in the Art Book 2026 (print and digital formats)

Use the artworks for marketing, promotion, and exhibition purposes directly related to the publication
All reproductions will always include proper credit to the artist.
6. Selection and Notification
All submissions will be reviewed by the Lumen Art Gallery curatorial and editorial team.
Final selections are based on artistic quality, originality, and relevance to the curatorial vision.
Decisions of the curators and editors are final and not subject to appeal.
Selected artists will receive detailed instructions for the next steps, including interview questions and layout review.
7. Publication and Distribution
Art Book 2026 – Contemporary Masterstrokes Unveiled: Voices & Visions will be published in:

A high-quality printed edition

A digital Flip Book version available internationally
Copies will be available for purchase through global distributors and via Lumen Art Gallery.
8. Indemnification
By submitting, the artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lumen Art Gallery, its curators, editors, and associates from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the submitted materials, including copyright or ownership issues.
9. Agreement
By submitting their work, artists confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and that all information provided is accurate and authentic.
